The application does not inform the customer basic information such as the ticket price for children that are traveling with an adult.

Obviously its important to know the platforms to go. I have to laugh when I press plan journey and theres not even informations on what platform the train is. With the time its the most important information!!

Adding the missing platform information would make this app perfect.

This app makes it so easy to book tickets. Very well-arranged.

In principle a nice app that works fine and does what it is supposed to do. However, it is not at all optimised for iPad which is a pity. Also, it doesnt tell you anything about platforms. Quite annoying as this is very basic and would be as useful as it is important.. Optimise it, add platforms and itll get 5 stars!

Have used this app a few times overseas to book a train and it always was easy and quick and good to check on the go as well.
