I love using this application, and do travel on UK trains without. My only request (if the developers look at comments) would to have the user be prompted to select the ticket collection method rather than default to pickup. If you do not have time to pickup you ticket or cannot you are charge a £10 refund fee.

This app is really useful for booking train travel in UK (while still in US) and then keeping on schedule.

As a father, grandfather & great grandfather, I found this site and the app, clear, user friendly and so easy to use. If a 78 yr old can do it, I believe a 7 or 8 yr old could!! Its that simple & logical

This is the best version of this app yet but it still lacks basic features. The ticket should be exportable to Apple Wallet for easy access/viewing while traveling. The ticket would be so much easier to scan or show the ticket attendant if using apple wallet

Website wouldnt allow me to change ticket date. No response from email request.

Awful. If you have to change a ticket its an absolute nightmare. Have to call, takes forever and their payments system is a mess. Didnt work for me 4 times with multiple cards. Tickets are non refundable so its a total loss. Dont bother with them- use another app.

So far, Ive used the app for five separate tickets which has helped me plan events ahead a day or two at a time.
