First time on the site easy to navigate I got a price that was £50 cheaper than virgin traveling on a virgin train

My partner was looking for a trip today but only found a fare for £50. I opened the app and found one for the same trip for £28, and paid with Apple Pay. It was almost too good to be true.

Im not sure how I feel about it.

Unpleasant UI, poor UX, full of usability issues. Doesnt support adding passes to Apple Wallet, have to pick up most of the tickets in person -> waste time and unnecessary anxiety.

Fantastic app really makes rail travel easy while we are on holiday

This is the best version of this app yet but it still lacks basic features. The ticket should be exportable to Apple Wallet for easy access/viewing while traveling.

Downloaded the app as I wanted to quickly buy tickets for next week. From selecting download to buying via Apple Pay it took about 2 minutes!
