One of the best apps I own

I used this app to book many trips on my 3 month stay in the UK. Keeps all my information, allows you to find routes you like and you purchase the ticket in the App. At the station you get your physical ticket at the ticket machine.

Cant imagine how train reservations could be made quicker or more simple! Love this app!

A quick, easy, hassle free way to buy tickets and keep travel times and dates organised. Im not a regular commuter or business traveler but find myself traveling by train for work or pleasure about twice a month always to different places, making connections, returns from a different station. It easily becomes difficult to keep up with this as it is not just a familiar commuter routine. This app makes everything easy! Would highly recommend.

Absolutely no complaints so far. Ill see what happens when I arrive in London and go to the station to pick up the ticket. Id have preferred to have the ticket emailed to me, but Ill see if there are any problems in London

This app is amazingly amazing that you feel like your name is written in the hall of fame, this rating is unnecessary and I bet no one is going to read it and it will stay lonely for the rest of its existence forever or until Apple servers stay online or so.

Updated review the post upgrade issue was resolved so must have been a server issue. Great app, very convenient, I use it all the time. I love the previous versions of this app however after the upgrade my history of tickets and upcoming reservations no longer show up and the app shows an error message oops something has gone a bit wrong try again later

Compared the the previous versions this is awesome. Works as expected. Would like to see a filter option that instead of giving a time just say in this day and cheapest. Would cut down on the back and forth with searching.

I use the app a lot to get to and from London so when I had a lost ticket issue I called their customer service. They did not help resolve the issue, did not escalate my issue when asked repeatedly and to add insult to injury my cell phone bill that month was 50% more than usual! This was simply due to the fees they charged to speak to their representatives. If I go into a store to get help with an item I purchased they dont start a timer and invoice me for that time. Absolutely indicative of trainline.coms culture - money first.. common sense, customer service and product follow through.. never. Very disappointed and hope others can benefit from my experience.

What was a decent app now woefully annoying and like a c**p beta version. Looking up tickets you now have needed options obscured (cant get to singl or return options to click ) by UI overlays that wont get out of the way . Now, when you manage to chose times for the next day you ALSO get about 12 hits worth of trains BEFORE the time you want to depart ,i.e., the day before . I will probably erase the app now and have to use my iPhone browser to access the main site . I wish I could get back the prior version. I fell for the improvements PR ! Having said that maybe this will work in an iPhone 6 ?? Otherwise , avoid

Makes it unbelievably easier to plan travel, book tickets and view timings and your tickets. Definitely recommend

always saves a lot if you book i advance. One thing though, it would be perfect if the feature "show me a cheaper route" could be added.
