Great app... Total lifesaver travelling from Canada and planning rail journeys. Simple to pick up tickets.... Was easier to use than the ticket purchase machines at the station. Some of the train service personnel had difficulty understanding that a ticket had been purchased electronically or how to read the electronic ticket and the turnstiles didnt scan barcode. App is perfect though

Using this app is a simple, straightforward way to find trains and purchase tickets. An English friend recommended it. I am glad he did.

I use this app both on iPhone 5s and iPad mini 2. After I updated both two to iOS10, only on the latter doesnt work in spite that it says that the latest version is compatible to it. I am in trouble with the mobile ticket to travel. Awful!!

Quick and easy

It is really easy to find the tickets and save them. You can bring all your tickets in your pocket! You can also see if there are any delays!

Intuitive and easy to use. The app remembers my regular searches and makes for very quick ticket purchases.

Customer service is non existent. They provide no contact information and God forbid you try to get a hold of them or get a refund they will gouge you for every little thing along the way! They care about profit not customer care. Please heed my warning. Just terrible. £13 per minute to call £10 Admin Charge on refunds
